I just read in this forum that 1-2 people got one relationship assessment questionnaire as ADR.

i got questionnaire for both principal applicant and dependent, they request for chats, pictures of marriage or honeymoon, outings and with family, marriage cert, receipts any documents that can prove your marriage. that was in May 21st 2020.

Update- I uploaded upfront medical for dependent to my CEC file as we did medical for SOWP. It got passed yesterday. Called and confirmed. Both applicant's medical are valid for a year. Hopefully this will bring someone's attention.
Agent was like what are you talking about. Your files are not on hold. If it was then how come medical got approved Frauds

Why did they ask for marriage certificate, didn’t you provide it in the beginning or you got married after AOR
