I will wait to get a feed back from them@Yubsco Oh your spouse is in Canada. Did you informed that? because you both can land virtually. PPR is for outland applicants only.
Did you ask them ? What they mean by travel restrictions are they are referring to non-discretionary travel ? They should not be holding the file because of that . @legalfalcon any insight on this ? This would be just unfair not to finalise the application but at the same time allow people with COPR after March 18 2020 ? Can this be appealedHello I have 1 Outland depedent (kid 4 years), 1 inland dependent (spouse). June 19 I got emailed confirmation from Hamilton visa office. I replied and told them that my kid is in india.
Today I got a reply that they cannot finalize my landing process as I have Outland dependent and they are keeping it on hold until travel restrictions are lift.
@Yubsco So that's fine. She has already informed about her COPR. You should find nearest visa office and submit your passport and photos. The letter you have received should tell you how you can do this. She is the primary applicant

Everyday, I am doing at least 4-5 tweets each to IRCC and Marco Mendicino. Why don't we keep tweeting everyday about holding our applications with outland dependents so it wil b notified atleast 10 tweets in a day somehow would reach them
Congratulations!!@legalfalcon . So we got a mail through our representative today. "The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. Please note
that this letter pertains to your overseas dependent(s). Passport(s) for dependent(s) should be submitted
within 30 days after you, the primary applicant has received the confirmation of permanent residence
status. As the primary applicant, you will be contacted separately by your local IRCC office in regard to
your landing appointment.
If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, or if there has been a change in your family configuration, please inform the Vancouver office immediately by email to: IRCC.VCR-EPUQuestionQuestionUTE-VCR.IRCC@cic.gc.ca with details concerning your situation. @legalfalcon do you think is advisable for me the dependants to go ahead and submit passport at my Visa office?? Who else has received this same mail pls.

@legalfalcon sir, do you mean that they will still hold applications with outland dependants even after yesterday's ease of restrictions?Currently if the dependent outside Canada is not exempt from travel restrictions the application will be kept on hold until all dependents are in Canada or are exempt from travel restrictions.

My question is what are the chances of us receiving eCoPR soon as my wife is outland?
If she receives eCoPR, how can we apply for her visa?
Will she get a passport request letter for stamping first ?
She also has a visitor visa and SOWP in process since 6 months. Visitor visa was put on hold due to travel restrictions. No decision made on SOWP yet.
If someone knows or has gone through similar situation, please reply.
