My NOC is 1113, 1114 and CRS is 391. so, based on this, does that mean I won't get an invite to apply from PEI? Because those NOC purely relates to Global Banking industry, which is one of the missing one in PEI.

I did receive their acknoledgement that they have received my application and would consider if applicable. Someone known to me received offer in 1 week after applying. He was a teacher though.
