I received the invitation from PEI Gov Sep20th， but I received another one today with different file number, which one I should use for?

I guess use the latest one. If more concerned, send an email to PNP office.

BTW, can you tell me the following:
- When you sent your request for PEI PNP?
- What is the NOC your job belongs too?
- Are you in PEI, or in another province, or outside Canada?
- Do you have a job offer from PEI Employer?

NOC 1241, I sent my eoi at July 14th, I am in Toronto, I have strong tie to PEI because I was living in PEI for 4 years(University life), I believe that main reason why I got ITA.

Im new to the quebec forum and a little lost ???
I tried checking eligibility for Mon Project Quebec but my country of education (UK) is not even listed . How is that possible? Also I have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) which isnt on the list either. pls someone enlighten me.

They are pretty quick. I heard them back in 13 calendar days, with the request for fees payment

Took them 11 days from my reply to their initial ITA.
