Hi. I'm not really sure if the 2nd eoi would be blocked. My agent advised me on the ip address and the email add was something I read in this thread. I just want to cover all bases so I just followedand resent my eoi today using my alternate email add using a different IP address.

I have submitted my EOI last two months ago and recently I submitted another one with same email and IP address. I still receive this automated reply from PEI does it mean my 2nd submission is blocked?

Hello, what does the invitation look like? Do they send you a checklist for you to prepare for your full application or something?
There's so little info on their site about the PEI EE stream procedure or guides.

The "Why would you like to immigrate to Prince Edward Island?" field is a free-text field which means you can type as many lines of paragraphs as you want. You will notice when you go past the third line of texts, a scrollbar will appear on the right side. The visa officer will just read through all your inputs by scrolling up and down.

I submitted an EOI form and nothing else.

Aside from the consideration of the NOC code, applicants must really write up a good essay to get great chances. I'd suggest to research about PEI, highlight the things that you admire about the place and relate that to you. Things to ponder like how can you help to build the economy, how easily can you integrate and establish yourself, why are you a great match with the province. (e.g. IT is flourishing in PEI and that you would be a strong asset to strengthen the industry in the province.)

I asked drectly to the Office of Immigration and here is the reply:

Good Afternoon,

The form is meant to be completed electronically, saved and emailed to expressentry@gov.pe.ca . We are able to view additional lines if the form is submitted in this way.
Alternatively, you can simply write your responses in the body of an email to expressentry@gov.pe.ca. Please be sure not to leave any fields blank or our system will not accept your expression of interest.

1) Subject and body of the email? Any particular format like in case of New Brunswick?
2) The reason for immigrating to PEI.

It was an email saying that the applicant has been considered for potential nomination. They will give the applicant instructions how to file full application. Within 30 days, all the documents should be submitted in the given email address. The forms are attached in the invitation. Some of the required forms can be downloaded from CICs page.

Hi Jay!

1. No format really. I had my subject like "PEI PNP Application - [my name]". Something like that. As per the message, just be formal. State your intentions with the attached EOI form.
2. It's really up to you man. I'd suggest to research about the province and pick the things that attract you, and then kind of relate them to you. You have to show that you can be economically established there, can integrate easily, and can can help prosper the place. I had only 6 bulleted reasons.

I have sent EOI( single page form) to PEI - PNP for express entry on 23rd of June 2016. My NOC is 2173.
All experts, please let me know if there are any chances to get ITA for NOC 2173 ?

Any new provinces are open for PNP for express enrtry for NOC 2173 ? How to keep a track of this?
