Not correct one guy got ITA 4 days back and wihtin 2 weeks of applying. Depends up on the profile they are interested in.

I am interested in moving to PEI. I have already created EE profile, job seeker code and take IELTS. Could anyone kindly advise me on following.

1) what kind of reasons must be mentioned on the EOI PDF form ?
2) Is there any particular NOC that PEI prefer. Does the spouse NOC helps.
3) Ant suggestion to strengthen the case & bring it to speed.

Does anyone know whether NOC codes 1241 (administrative assistant) or 1311 (bookkeeper) are in demand in PEI? I'm thinking about sending an EOI to them. CRS is 426. Have already sent EOI to NB, but no reply so far.

Can someone tell me what all you need to send application for pei?? Do u need to create your EE profile first? Do you need job offer??

^ no need for job offer. It is completely PEI's discretion if they will pick you or not, because there's no list in their website whether what NOCs they would like in PEI. According to the website, you just need to send the EOI and they will send you an email if they choose you to proceed with the full application.
