Prince Edward Island Nominee Programme

Hi

Im totally new to this, so any assistance will be appreciated. I have been requested to submit a full application for Prince Edward Island EE Nominee programme. The EE Consent to validate form (EE-5) is asking for "Signed at", "by" and Witness. My question is what do they mean signed at and By? Are they referring to signed at as time? Area? Country? and by, obviously its the applicant? so am really confused... And in regards to witness, can it be my wife? and on her form I can be her witness?

HI, Basically it should include time, county. In case of witness you cannot be a witness to your wife and she cannot be a witness for you. You must invite some 3rd person for witness signature. Can ask any of your colleague to sign in the place of witness
