Prime applicant Visiting Canada during outland PR process

good day all.
Is there a problem if PA will come to visit me (the Sponsor) during PR process?
We just applied for outland PR. No AOR1 yet.
I am a canadian citizen, living in Canada and my husband is a EU citizen.
He does NOT need a Visa to enter Canada as a tourist. His eTA is valid since 2018

No - it's not a problem. He can certainly visit.
