hi everyone,
I’m really worried because one year ago I applied under tourist visa, and on the martial status my lawyer selected”single”, when in fact I was in a relationship with my current husband. Now My husband is sponsoring me,May this affect my application? So, I have declared my previous application and my refusal( Canada and USA visa), but I want to know if they check on system everything that I have written on my USA application.
Please help

Were you married when you said you were single, or just dating?

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it then. This isn't a big deal even if they do check up.
Do you have any information if they check all the applications from other countries?
Because there are some mistakes...

Canada and the US do share immigration data.

What do you mean "there are some mistakes"? Did you lie on your US visa application? Is the information on the US application contradicting the Canadian application?

And Canada shares immigration information with other countries as well. I have no idea if they can see your entire application, but they can definitely see things like a visa denial to the EU, or the UK and so on.

When I applied for us visitor visa I had no plans to apply for pr in Canada, so I did everything do declare that I have everything on my hometown,,
I can’t say here what I have written exactly but I hope it would not affect my current application...

As long as you haven't lied about material aspects of the application (like marital status, criminal records, etc.) it should not matter.
