I'm just came here to canada by the TRV and since I'm apply for the visa I'm not yet marry, but after the embassy is issued my visa and I have been married , so before I apply I have put single to my file and now I'm already here in jasper alberta , I would like to know how can I change my material status and how long it take or I can apply for her open visa even I'm not change the material status or not cause I'm hold the skill worker visa . Anyone can help please let me know and sorry if my poor English make u not understand ^^

go to www.cic.gc.ca website and check it out family class visa..as per your quotation you are holding a FSW visa in single capacity....now you apply for your wife in family class visa.

as per your timeline you are MI1 applicant and have transfer case from pak to London.....MI1 have a lot of backlog cases.....thats why many files are stuck up....but as i know that LVO working on backlog cases and you still have good hope to receive medical soon. for this purpose you should apply for GCMS notes to know exectly what is happeing on your application...as per last line on your ecase we start processing means that ...you passed your eligibility and background check initiated......after this you will get MR one you see your GCMS you can easily know that now whats happeing in your file....so chill you have won the half battel and other will you win very soon.....and hope for the best.

What are GCMS notes or a GCMS file?

The Global Case Management System (GCMS) is a multi-year project that will replace several existing systems at Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). The goal of the project, which began in fiscal 2000–01, is to provide CIC with an automated, highly integrated case management tool to support its global business network and provide enhanced end-to-end client services. When complete, GCMS will support more than 7,000 users at CIC and the CBSA in some 125 points of service in Canada (offices, call centres, processing centres, citizenship courts and ports of entry) and more than 100 missions abroad.

In short, this system will replace (and combine) both CAIPS and FOSS. GCMS has not been completely implemented at all visa offices, so to make sure we receive all available information, we will request both GCMS and your CAIPS or FOSS notes.
