In reply to my email to LVO a Miracle Happened.
Yesterday I have received Medical Request, RPRF, Updated POF and PCC instead of refusal as told by VO in Interview.
I am waiting this response since Jan2012.
I must appreciate the visa officer for his agreement with my email.

If somebody from Lahore, Pakistan can guide me for making RPRF i will be obliged.

I had recently interviewed at Abu Dhabi.
It was long interview around 70min and visa officer asked series of questions on different categories. I answered all questions and officer were satisfied. Officer told me that she is satisfied with my work experience, qualification and i am well qualified & bright person but my occupation Food Product Scientist does not come under NOC 2121 biologist & related scientist and from my side its refusal and you will find refusal letter within 2 weeks.

Canada National occupation classification book cleary showing my ocupation under this NOC.

I was completely shocked by her comments and emphasized no of times about my occupation eligibilty under NOC2121 but all useless.
I am MI3 applicants got PER under this occupation and now told that your profession does not qualify. I want to ask her why you have been called me from Pakistan to inform this where as you can send me an email but leave it.

what should i do?

CONGRAT................dear....for this good news.....wish you good luck.......book your appointment at IOM Lahore...asap....and make RPRF that is 490$ each for Principal and Spouse and Dependent more than 18 year old.....in favor of "Reciever General of Canada" in Canadian Doller....make it from Doller East or Kalia and Khanani......

hi guys....
i have applied for pr under fsw in noc 4152 in jan 2011 with my spouse. i had a lovely daughter in june 16 2012 which i informed to them before she was born. my vo suggested me to submit her docs within 15 aug 2012. as it took long time to get her pp i couldnt submit on given time. in nov my vo called me for immigration selection interview in chc abhu dhabi which was impossible for me to attend as i didnt have pp of my daughter and i requested them to change my interview venue frm abhu dhabi to london stating my problem in detail. the vo cancelled my interview at abhu dhabi and told me they would contact me for another interview date. it has been more than 5 months they havent contacted me. in the mean time i submitted my baby's docs before 2 months but got no response till now...
so i am much perplexed n worried....
do u guys have any similar idea or experience??

I had my interview last year, I would like all persons who are about to appear in an interview to relax, interview is nothing difficult. I had given so many interviews in Pakistan related to job etc but to be honest this Canadian interview was the best I ever have had. I felt so happy and good after the interview that even if my application was rejected after the interview I would have been satisfied, but thank God mine was not rejected. The atmosphere during the interview was very relaxed, the interviewer cracked quite some jokes and laughed a lot, he even asked me for water and poured water for me in my glass, at one point he laughed so much that security rushed in to see if everything was ok. At the end he even came to the door to see me off and even opened the door for me and said so many good wishes for me.

I think like all civilised people Canadian too are very courteous and kind people, that is why they are devoloping and are so much devoped countries and I am proud to be going to Canada to live among such nice people.

I'm just came here to canada by the TRV and since I'm apply for the visa I'm not yet marry, but after the embassy is issued my visa and I have been married , so before I apply I have put single to my file and now I'm already here in jasper alberta , I would like to know how can I change my material status and how long it take or I can apply for her open visa even I'm not change the material status or not cause I'm hold the skill worker visa . Anyone can help please let me know and sorry if my poor English make u not understand ^^
