Prepaid Airway Bill in Europe

Hello,

I'd like to ask you with which company in Europe one can purchase a prepaid return Airway Bill ensuring collection services ? I checked FedEx and DHL but it's necessary to schedule the pick up already when purchasing the Airway Bill.

- Did anyone purchase an Airway Bill here in Europe?
- Do you know if it's necessary to include it, when sending your passport to the visa office?
- Does anyone have experience with sending the passport to the Visa office in London?
