I’ll reiterate if your shorts hours the claim is not processed. There’s NO H&C in the ESDC . Those required hours are the law . So if you’re short hours I’d be pulling extra shifts to get the required hours . Many of my co workers worked double shifts right up to their due date to get their maximum amount
