yes. it's just only estimated time frame of the application. Imagine that the immigration offices are closed, and my progress still moving? unless ircc have a work at home basis like other companies.
My application have been received May 31 2019. My medical bio metric everything is done.even adr 2 done before 7 months but still no news or Pre arrival. Is Pre arrival is nessearry or a sign that your PR is approved and if someone didnt received Pre arrival what does it mean . I am extreamly upset .bcz so many applicant of same month have been received . I applied spouse visa and i am Pakistani residing in dubai. As my file shows my criminality and medical have been passed

will happen if the english test(celpip) expires while our pr application is in progress? Especially for pr paper-based applicants like us? any thoughts? thanks
its pnp paperbased application. the application is already 14mos and still no decision, but the english test will expire next month.
