Pre arrival letter and decision made

Even i received it last Friday and submitted my passport to Ottawa office as I am already in Canada. Any idea, how long will it take to get the passport back ?

Can someone be denied visa after receiving pre -arrival services letter? We received a pre-services letter on 15 April but that is all we have received. Our process was started in march 2016 so we are worried that we might need to wait for many more years again. So i just wanted to know if someone can be rejected after receiving pre-arrival services letter.

I hear you. I am feeling the same. My wife is dec 2018 applicant waiting still for her pre-arrival letter. Can you tell me what step came before pre-approval letter? Last update was to update schedule A and travel form. Why is it taking so long??

I too were asked to update some documents and they asked me to do DNA between my baby and me. And i recieved pre-arrival letter on 15 through my lawer. I dont even know exactly about whats happening. And that is why i want to know if there is a chance of not getting the visa after pre-arrival letter

I'm surprised tho. Why you have to do DNA?? How can anyone ask that at this time. The process is too long. I'm tired of waiting and it's very depressing going to work too at the sametime

Honestly speaking the treatment for provincial nominees is not too fair. I too have pre arrival service letter since November the whole process started in 2017. Well after pre arrival letter has been issued then background check and co will commence until they are satisfied they will not issue ppr. It is very very rare to be rejected after medical or pre arrival or pay ment of rprf but it can happen if their is something terrible in the background check or so. Also most third world country and the likes don't have good police record for confirmation and proper check. In all let us hope against all hope in the midst of this corona virus. Some are saying this is not the best time to travel but we put our hope in God. If I have my ppr now ready to move as soon as I have copr but as it is everywhere is lock down but ircc still working from home. Some still receive ITA during this lock down. God will grant us the desires of our heart

Pls did you get decision made in your mail or online account 2. Please are you inland or out land 3. Are you express entry, pnp express entry or pnp paper applicant. If you are inland it is easier thanks

Still waiting too got pre arrival letter in November was hoping to get ppr in April or late March before corona virus took the stage. Pls what is the situation of things now and way forward. Why do they delay pnp this long some on this processing since 2016 from province but express entry will get theirs done in 6 months not too fair though

You mean you received your pre-arrival service letter last year in november and nothing has been done yet? That is terrible my brother

I had a question. How much longer will it take to complete the eligibility and background checks? What does it mean eligibility and security background verifications not started?? How long does this step take and what usually comes next?
