Pre arrival email

hello im wondering if people who use a lawyer still receive the pre arrival email?

i dont think it matters.. if the VO sends them the lawyer will receive it

Thanks. I was told that people receive just an email saying to check their gckey for an update and the pre arrival is in the gckey but our lawyer doesn’t use gckey so that’s why I wasn’t sure.

Through email and he forwards it to us
