Dear friends,
Shocked to see the processing time is now increased to 15 months for NDVO. Where is the end of this? This is totally frustrating. How a western country like Canada can do this?

Regards..

Oh my, ??? I've just noticed they had changed processing times for VOs, Moscow and London from 16 to 20 months. They are killing our patience not even with sharp knife but with a saw!!!

Processing time has been changed .For London VO its now 20 months instead of 16

I dont see any significant interest on issuing PR visas to thousands of Applicants in the year 2011. not even in Early Spring of 2012

I agree on the same. Im thinking of sending out a fresh application as my NOC is still in the list but all of my original documents are with them!

I start to think about arranged employment, how do ppl find job before landing? Have all of them studied there before and had connections? Any clue?
If it's still RBVO how long would it take them to return my money if i withdraw? And 2 months are already gone my noc 0631 might be very competitive one, and CIC might have gotten at least half of max??? By the time i re-apply they may reject it... What's wrong wth our cases?

You people are lucky that your NOC is still in the list of in-demand occupations. What about us? We have no option but to wait for our fortune to turn around or look for AEO.

Best of luck to all who are submitting fresh application under MI-3.

it is policy only !!! Funny ! does any one know how to case a new file , while original document is with s vo ?

Hello,

Raising of processing period in respect of pre-june 2010 cases is really frustrating.A number of our forum members have already completed more than one yr since they submitted their full documents or recd second AOR.Seemingly, ministerial instruction to the VOS/CICS for slowing down the process must have come following recently market survey conducted by Immigration Minister. If taken in proper perspective,in case of VO DLH it has been raised by only one month, implying thereby they might have expected to clear the backlog by that time, however unlikely it may appear at this point of time. The concept for FAST TRACK PROCESS SYSTEM has taken a back seat,I reckon.

Well freinds,we can only wish and pary for some kind of unexpexted situation emerging out so as to nurse the bruised hopes of the applicants !!!!

God bless u ALL,

PARHAR51

Just be patient...

Its just a thought for now as they keep extending application process times but yes all of my original docs are with them so not sure what to do..
