We have got passed many hurdles, we will surely see something done in the coming 6-10 months.
let the MI-2 and MI-3 applicants are dealt with first. we will have our turn then.

Most applicants with Arranged employment have some sort of a reference! & It takes around 3 to 6 months to get a refund from them, and your right, our NOC will be filling up fast as its only 500, so i guess till we get our original documents back and get a in state of re-application, our NOC might be filled up already..

I start to think about arranged employment, how do ppl find job before landing? Have all of them studied there before and had connections? Any clue?
If it's still RBVO how long would it take them to return my money if i withdraw? And 2 months are already gone my noc 0631 might be very competitive one, and CIC might have gotten at least half of max??? By the time i re-apply they may reject it... What's wrong wth our cases?

Ielts, experience letters, educational documents, PCC, re-issuing of these will take time plus not sure what to do about Birth Certificate as that is something which cannot be replaced.

it is policy only !!! Funny ! does any one know how to case a new file , while original document is with s vo ?

now average time for NDVO is 15 month for pre june applicants......



it means some application will be process within 8 month and some takes 2 year to process......means avg. 15 month.....so time line is according to the case....more inquiry needed for case more time will it take....

if the case is straight..means..sufficient docs. is provided then it will take near 1 year(my view)....

another view is that soon they will again increase avg. time

Anybody has any idea as to when our cases will turn to "In Process"? Is it likely by the end of 2011? Looking at the current scenario, It is unlikely that our cases will be processed in 2011? What are your views?

yes dear ,there r very strong chances that they will increase avg time limit again after 3 months,secondly unfortunately we belong to NOC which is not required in canada in next two years so we have to wait more when compared to others.so we have to wait for a long time

They will clear the backlog anyhow by limiting quotas of fresh applications the latter of which they have already started to do so.

I am a Pre June Applicant and had submitted full documents in Feb 2011

Got a reply from NDVO
"If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, your application will take two years or more to be processed.
Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between 27 February 2008 and 25 June 2010) than originally projected. During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011. As a result, applicants will wait two years or more to be processed.

If you wish to withdraw your application, you may be eligible for a refund of your processing fees.

Applications in the Skilled Worker category are processed in order of receipt. Your application forms and fees guarantee your place in the processing queue. Your file is being processed in accordance with its place in the queue, based on the date on which the application and fee payment were received in our office. As we are not yet ready to review your file, you are not required send any documents in support of your application. Since your application is still within normal processing times, we are not able to provide any status updates on your file. When we are ready to review your file, we will send a document request letter to you using the contact information we have on your file. That letter will list all documents required to continue processing your application. "

I agree with you. They keep changing the processing time. Soon it will be processed after 4 to 5 years like in the past years. It is so frustrating. They are playing a game with us.

NO, They dont have that many applications on their hands to pull the processing time to 4-5 yrs.
they will take no more than 1.5 year from now on. they are currently showing some respect to their voters wishes and soon Canada would find many of their crucial jobs vacant and they'd start issuing more PR visas than now.
