So will all pre feb 2008 applicants in Singapore be refused ? Why does my friend's status in CIC Spore still in process? ???

No, if a selection decision is made, then the application will be processed.

How do we know if CIC Singapore still process our files? How long should we wait ?

I think there is an explanation why most Singabore files will not be processed, while Vienna files will be ,,,,,This is only a guess really I am not sure. ,please see the table 2 in the below link,,,,it shows that the ratio between the pending files and the annual quota in Singabore is too high, while the same ratio in Vienna is little,,, :-\
So maybe the very crowded offices will have most of their applications eliminated?

I am sorry really to propose the above idea,,,I Know it will make the singapore applicants upset,,,but Iam only trying to understand what is going on

Thank you hopeful4..... :)

NOw have another look at table 1 column 1 . I Think this is the safe date for applicants. if you applied before this date your application is not going to be returned. Again this is only a guess

guy whoz file is at Singapore can email them and you will get reply the very next day ...so no need for guess work.singapore office is the best in replying to an enquiry.

Best replying because they are eager to get rid of your files!!! if you were to recieve a positive news, you would have waited for weeks, months, and years,,,, >:(
How I Hate Kenny and what he did to us!!

Get your CAIPS note to see the points awarded to you and the date of assessment so you will be sure.

Actually it depends. Recently one person got only rejection letter with information of returning the amount paid but not the documents.
Last year one person got his documents when he requested.
Better you send a request mail to return your full documents.

I think they will be happy to send your documents as long as you are not going to sue them in court like others did....

Thanks for the reply kolaveri-di canada. It is really a shame on them to do things in this manner. They invite immigrants with a big smile on their website, take their money, and after several years say oooooops sorry !!!! Why cant they look in to the application and check whether the applicant is from a much demanded profession or not. I had never been to Canada and dont know what is happening inside that country. But one thing I can say with 100 percent confidence is that this countrys immigration system is the worst in the world.

Many things had happened after may 8 .Why are they so adamant in their attitude to refuse and telling so many lies to the court?

i do agree with u. they should improve their service. it seemed to be no difference between 3rd world n 1st world regarding this immigration processing. no end of road & who gave them the right to kill valuable time of people. there is a great lacking of proper planing for this immigration services.

regds,

nf!

Hi everyone,

Is the return of refund is confirmed now for all pre 2008 applicants who didn't join the litigation?
