Please let me know how did you enter same day trips in online portal?

Hello,

My PR card expired on 04April 2024. I started my online application. I could not apply for renewal as my residency obligations (days count) weren't fulfilled before the expiry.
1. So can I apply under urgent category now?
2. I have many days trips to US, and system is not allowing to enter same day to and from in the travel history. Can you please advise if anyone encountered this and what is the resolution asap?

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT FULLFIL RO. YOU WILL GET IN TROUBLE!
You can apply in urgent provided you have sufficient document proving urgency. Most of the time it will not be considered urgent especially if you are commuting daily.
You dont need to enter same day trip but if you left today and came back tomorrow, enter that. In my case I was for got to enter next day trips also, but PR was eventually approved after 2.5 months.

Thank you for your reply. Ya, I am not planning to apply before fulfilling RO.
I am not commuting daily but I have about 10 day trips in last 5 years.

Ok, may be then I will enter them in a separate document just to ensure I am not missing entering some travels. Looks like that is the only option unless someone have any other advise.

Hi - I just got a "returned" note from IRCC for my digital PR card renewal application.
Reason: "Incomplete application - Your photos do not meet the specifications (poor image quality, shadows, light glare) – please review Guide IMM5445."

I will get the photos taken again. Anyone been in this situation? Do I just need to reupload the new photo and resign the declaration?
Please guide.

How did you get the note? Did IRCC email you?

I got an email saying there is An update on the pr portal and when I logged into the portal it gave me an option to edit photo and re sign the declaration.

PR Renew application date: May 11, 2024
May 17 ( today): That is still Submitted status in the portal, but inspect mode: Completed with the Primary identification is not provided as below. But, I am pretty sure, I provided the Passport/ ID/ PR card copy. What does this primary ID not provided mean? Is this a system error, or do I really need to provide the primary ID details again?

Similar situation here for PR renewal. IRCC received on Apr 17, 2024 and AOR on Apr 29, 2024. I haven't received anything and it is still in process. Tried calling them a few times and it is always busy and doesn't connect.

Any update on your application since your re-submission? Inspect tool is giving me the same error but I'm yet to get an email from IRCC.

PR card application updated on July 8th, says "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."
Should I expect it to be in the mail box or on our front door?
