UPDATE #2: Today (Mar 14th) I was finally able to see the status using the Client application status tool (in the previous days this tool always shows error for my pr card application thus won't give me any details). It shows the following timeline:
Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 20, 2024.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 6, 2024.
3. We started processing your application on March 6, 2024.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on March 9, 2024.

From the timeline above, seems like the application was not touched for half a month since I submitted it. But it was fast once they actually started processing it.
Now I am still waiting for the card to arrive in the mail, which should be soon. Will update again once receive the card.

UPDATE #3: finally received card in the mail today (Mar 21), with a postmark of Mar 13 on the envelope. So seems like there is a few days delay between the mail date indicated on the tracker (Mar 9) and the actual postmark date.

Submitted on March 9th (non urgent) and the status says completed on Inspect mode today with rejection. The reason for rejection being the back of your photo doesn't have the date/name of the photographer. I double checked and the back of the photo I submitted does have everything. Hoping I get my PR card in the mail soon! Same case for my husband but his reason for rejection says passport bio page doesn't have the machine readable section (which it does). I have never seen these reasons for rejection!

My timeline for Online PR Card Renewal (Non-urgent)
Number of days in Canada when applied (March 08 2024): 730
Number of absences from Canada: 2 (2+ years and 79 days)
Number of days outside Canada on date of application: 1085
No AOR
GC Key able to link to application on March 13 2024 about half an hour after 'Inspect' changed to 'Complete'. GC Key shows date of submission of application as March 07 2024.
GCkey update - March 13, 2024 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
Review of eligibility - March 18, 2024:Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below.
Called IRCC multiple times but only got through the morning of March 18 2024 at 8am. IRCC agent said card has been mailed this morning (March 18 2024) and the GC Key account also provided the same information simultaneously. New card is valid until March 2029.
Old card became invalid on March 19, 2024 and I received an email update about my renewal application status change.
ECAS is still unable to find the application. No email updates at all.
PR Card received in mail - March 22, 2024.
Total time taken - 15 days from application to receipt of card.

Can you share when was your previous card going to expire? Trying to gauge if they are prioritizing folks who’s card are expired.

It's June this year. I doubt it's related to the priority though.

Hello,

Below is the status on chrome for my application. Does this mean it's rejected for photo? I submitted on 23 February under "urgent" (with documents supporting claim). PR Portal shows "submitted" and GCkey cannot find any application by my UCI number. What next step I can take to figure out what is going on?

Quick question, did you eventually get your PR card after the issue with the photo as per the inspection status?
I am in the same situation, I got this status update two days ago only.

Ok thanks. Mines expiring Nov 2024 I called yesterday and they haven’t even begun processing yet, got my application number. Can’t link via gckey or review on Client application status (makes sense). So just trying to gauge why some applications submitted later or around same time as mine are processed quicker. I do have an extensive travel history lol.

Hello Guys. mine also on the same side where no AOR received yet. I submitted on Jan 13.
But then I tried to check in Chrome in inspect mode and noticed this difference.
Jan 13: Status: Ready for Review
Jan 22: Status: Completed
Not sure though what does it mean. Anyone else noticed this and have any clue.

Process I tried:
1. Launch PR Portal (chrome only)
2. Right Client on the page, anywhere and select Inspect
3. On the right side a pane will be launched.
4. Enter your user id and password
5. On the right pane, Select "Network" from the menu (Elements | Console | Sources | Network | Performance ....)
6. Once you are in Network, at the bottom pane, search for the name which would be similar to: "cases?phaseid=3&count=1000"
Tip: Sort by the the Type and look for "xhr"
7. Once you click on the name (as in above), you will see the response payload on the right.
8. Look for status.

if anyone who has received AOR and waiting for PR card delivery can try and let me know what he sees in the status, that will be great.

Hi I used your method and found the status for my son, he submitted on early Feb and status is completed on 2024/02/12, but so far we did not received his maple card yet. also when I link his application on IRCC, it shows it is still under review? I am quite confused.
for my own status, it looks reasonable, send on Mar 6th and status is completed on 3/20. so I am waiting for my maple card to come.
but anyone has any clue on my son's status?

Thank you. I received my own maple card today after the inspect mode showed that my status is "completed" last week. I cannot even link my application on IRCC account but my last renew application ( 5 years before) on that link showed "your card is invalid". However for my son, although his new application can be linked on IRCC account, and his inspect mode status is "completed" last month, he still does not received his card. His status on the IRCC account is still under process. it is totally strange.

Just checked my renewal status
15 Mar 2024 applied on line
27 Mar 2024 Inspect indicating Complete with error message:
Rejection Details": "Your Authority to Disclose to a Designated Individual form is incomplete (missing information, client signature required, designated individual signature required)."
I don't think this form applies to my application - but when applying, I did not supply my signature to any form. Wondering if I missed something or if anyone experienced anything similar. Thanks

Update - Applied on March 9th online and received the card in the mail this week. Been out since Wednesday on vacation and just saw it so not sure what day it arrived but processing time was pretty fast nonetheless. About 18-20 days in total.
