I am applying for the PR renewal and I met the RO when I sent my application (818 days in Canada)

I have the exact same rec date and AOR date but still in process.
I barely meet the residency requirements. May be that is the reason!?

Maybe! i only had four 1 week long vacation to mexico in the past 5 years. easier to verify for them i think!

canada post website says 4 business days including day of shipping for nation wide delivery of regular mail. so execluding the long weekend, the timeline is bang on.
