PRC (Permanent Resident Card) Renewal Timeline 2019

My daughter's pr card renewed.

16 th September application received.
Aor received on 3rd October application under processing.
10 th October final decision made card approved and mailed.
Hopefully will receive it by mMonda.

Hi all,

Did anybody experience rejection due to the outdated form?
I submitted my application on September 19th.. I was wondering when the new form was released (it's dated September 2019 on the new form but I was wondering if anybody knows the exact date).

Yes even i noticed it today - I used (06-2019) whereas now its (09-2019) and i have sent my application on 24th Sept and got received on 27th Sept . I believe only getting an AOR can answer the above question .I don't see any content difference though between two forms , Did you ?

Hi, I am in the same boat. (Instead of October 10th I got it by October 8th.)

Application received at CPO on Oct 3rd. Still waiting for AOR. Looking at others, seems roughly 13 days to receive first acknowledgement?

In my case it took around 20 days to get it actually.=\
They got the app by Sep19th and I got the AOR by October 8th.

The waiting is killing me. I am checking it every 5 min. haha

Status changed from "In process" to "decision made".

Does that mean 99% my app is approved? I need to book a flight and not sure how long it will take to get my PR. It also shows in the guide that I may have to pick up the PR from the station. Any ideas from those that have got the PR card and the chances of getting it in mail versus in person and how long it took?

Yeah, it does expires within 5 years.

Update, called IRCC and my card is in production:

Does that mean it will be mailed to me? Can my husband bring it with him if I fly to India and he flies at a later date? Its a family emergency and I have to head back home but don't have my PR yet.

Thats ways too long.
Are you applying for residence or to renewal?
If you are applying for the PR renewal, how long did you stay outside Canada?
