2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 20, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on July 20, 2019.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on August 2, 2019.

would like to know how long do i need to wait before i get the renewed card? do i need to pick it up on the IRCC office or they mailed it directly to my mailbox?

It means that your application got approved or rejected. If your status remains the "Decision made" more than 3 business days and nothing shows up, it means that your application needs a second revision at a local IRCC office.

Thanks... the strange thing is I saw "decision made" on the same day as application received and processing date i.e. August 8th 2019.

Fingers crossed.

In order to request an urgent processing of the PR card application what are the documents I should submit?

I am actually in an urgency to return back to my home country in 10-14 days and I need to get the documents right.
