What is the validity of PR visa in general as per recent rules ? Is it one year after medicals or one year police clearance ?

One year after medicals for CoPR

Not sure about the PR visa, but from what I understand it is the COPR validity (usually same as medical expiry date) that is important. They both might be the same but not sure

I am aware COPR validity last until your medicals expire or your passport expires (which ever is earliest).

How about PR card? Once you receive PR card.. does it valid for 1 year or 5 years?

5 years. And you need to be 2 years inside Canada out of those 5 years.
