PR under Provincial Nominee programe

Hi,

I am really confused. I have submitted file for my PR under provincial nominee program and got my file number on 11/21/2013. I got decision made on 09/25/2014. I haven't got passport call after that. I have emailed twice to CIC Sydney and Ottawa since december but they are not replying. My workpermit is expiring in June. My friends who applied after me already got PR couple of months ago but no words for me yet.

What should I do? Please guide me.

I've had DM since October 27 2014 and nothing ever since. I applied for a work permit extension last week, I am really curious with what is going on but I have seen a few people in this forum in the same situation
