I am in the same boat. Applied in Oct 2017 passed test in March Additional docs requested in April first week submitted within 30 days and then no word......Called call Centre and they said processing time is 12 months so wait until Oct 2018 .. Not Sure what to do now...

Yes the officer told me that there is one query in with your application regarding the US entry and Exit so if we need additional, we will let you know by mail. Cheers,

No I didn't send the second application. I sent my application on Oct 20 and they received on Oct 24 2017.

I called IRCC today at 5.05AM Edmonton time and was able to talk to agent and they have sent the acknowledgement letter on Jan 02 also gave me the application number. So I advice you to do the same thing as I did. Thanks

Called IRCC today at 5.05AM Edmonton Time and after being in hold for 35 min I did able to talk to agent. I sent my application on Oct 20 and received on oct 23 but still haven't received any updates. After talking with the agent he advised that they sent the acknowledge letter on Jan 02 2018...
