What kind of form is that ? Im5532 ?
You really need to read the guide and the instructions on the form. The person applying for pr has to fill it out. They will cross reference applications

hello there me and my girl friend are living for 15 months together in same house and she recieved her pr last week only she haven’t declared ke as common law because her pnp ferderal file was under Noc D and also I applied my own pnp but got rejected but she done everything smoothly landing process. Actually we are getting married after two months? Is there any problem because she haven’t declared me as common law ? Also we didn’t have any proof to prove common law
Another option is to find out how to improve your chance of approval via PnP.
I don't know enough about PnP to give suggestion...

This couple should've hired a paid representative from the start and they would be just fine... personally, I've read the guide probably five times and looked for all the answers on this forum, I would make sure that everything is understood before I would hit apply. It took me over 1 month to put everything together. I'm not saying we will get approved here but so far everything is going smoothly. We did not invent any stories, everything was the truth and this is the way it should be. NEVER MAKE STORIES UP, it will always come back and aunt you later.

So it’s filled by sponsor person not person who is sponsoring
Both the sponsor and the PA have to include address history, but the sponsor only needs to provide 5 years of address history while the PA provides 10 years. Unless you lie about your address history (which I strongly recommend that you don't), they will then see that you two lived together before marriage, which means they will see that she landed without declaring you her common law partner. That not only means she is unable to sponsor you, she also committed immigration fraud and could have her PR revoked. I'd definitely look at qualifying for PR on your own, I think the sponsorship route is going to cause trouble for you guys.

Would also mention that you have Ben filing your taxes incorrectly. You needed to update your status to common law when you become common law. You should contact CRA.

i dont agree we didnt have a straight forward case and i did everything on my own and it was approved with no interview or anything... granted i didnt lie about anything but it took months to get everything we needed together... either way not going to get into a debate with you im just saying not everyone needs a lawyer or consultant

The reason why I'm saying this is that the applicants did not fill out the application correctly, it seems that they did not fully understand some parts, maybe because they could not comprehend what was written? and they were careless and it cost them... Maybe, they did not mean to lie on the application, they just needed more guidance. Sure, we could do it by ourselves if you have a very good knowledge of English or French and yes being honest all through the application is the main key;)

If you are staying together but never legally declared as common-law then does that also counts as common law? I thought only when you declare yourself legally then only you become common law. I thought Gf Bf always stay together but that doesn't make them common law.

In the purpose of immigration, you don't need to declare it in anyway to be a common law. If you live together 12 months consecutively in a marriage like life, you are common law defined by immigration law of Canada.
