Hi everyone,
My fiance just re-entered Canada, from Buffalo, so he has PR status now!!! He has to return to Korea to gather some documents and close out a few things over there, as well as visit his grandparents (probably for the last time :( sad). Apparently it will take 2 months for his PR card to arrive. He has his visa document in his passport and his COPR document. Would it be possible to return to Korea and then come home to Canada before he gets his PR card? Could he travel on just his COPR??
Thanks!

Is Korea a visa exempt country? If so travelling with the COPR should be enough.
If Koreans require a visa to enter Canada he will need to apply for a travel document.

How long will he be in korea for? You could mail him the PR card if there was time?

Korea is visa-exempt, yes. We'd only be going for two weeks (I will be going with him to say goodbye to his grandparents also). Basically not long enough to receive the card and have it sent out to Korea :S
