Hi everyone,
My fiance just re-entered Canada, from Buffalo, so he has PR status now!!! He has to return to Korea to gather some documents and close out a few things over there, as well as visit his grandparents (probably for the last time sad). Apparently it will take 2 months for his PR card to arrive. He has his visa document in his passport and his COPR document. Would it be possible to return to Korea and then come home to Canada before he gets his PR card? Could he travel on just his COPR??
Thanks!
