PR stamping at Ottawa even if requested to change to New Delhi VO

Hello,

I just rcd PPR and I requested for visa stamping to be done in India.

However, if I plan to travel to canada early (on another visa) can I still submit my passport for PR visa at Ottawa (even if I have request from New Delhi VO)?

I already have plans to travel to Canada and looks like Delhi will not respond in time.

I am thinking of landing earlier and getting it done in Canada.

Can you please let us know your timeline and what do you mean another visa.

I have a student visa (i'm joining a program this year).

I am FSW candidate got ITA on 19 Mar, submitted docs on 19th Apr and got ppr 12th June.

I thought you are CEC applicant since this is CEC forum. I hope somebody who is FSW applicant can respond to your query.
