I applied to renew my PR in February and I have heard nothing back yet. I applied by mail and when I went to log in to IRCC it told me I needed to create a new account so my application is not linked to anything online and I cannot check if it's even been received. I have no idea what to do. Do I just keep waiting and hope for the best?

Did you apply online or by mail?
You could always call IRCC and hope to reach a human and that the human knows if the application has been received. It's hard to get through, but it's worth a try.

or Reach out to your MP and ask them. You have passed the processing time. You can also raise a Webform. IRCC will reply
