PR renewal on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds from outside Canada

Hello,

Me, my husband and our 8 yr old child have PR which expired in April2017.

We were in Canada from August 2012 to June2013( 10 months) then we came back to India due to ailing parents.

We wish to renew the PR on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds. We have all the proofs of the medical conditions of our parents due to which we had to stay back in India.

Can we apply for PR renewal on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds from India?

Please suggest the correct way to renew the PR and go to Canada.

You need to apply for a PRTD on H&C grounds and see if you are approved.

So do you mean to say:
1.I need to apply for PRTD with all forms for H&C grounds and submit it to the VAC office.
2.Then if the case is considered we would get PRTD - move to Canada and complete the residency requirement for citizenship
3. What are the processing times and probablities of geting PRTD?
4. What is the validity of PRTD?

It would be great help to know answers of my questions.

2. Yes.
3. Processing can take anywhere from a few weeks to many months. None of us can tell you the probability of approval.
4. Usually six months.
