Hi,

I got a rejection letter about a month back. My PR got rejected because of not having a "Permanent" job offer. They have written in the letter that my fees will be refunded. I have not got any update on my refund yet.

Is there any email id where I can mail them and check? Or any direct phone no?

Thanks,

Rohit

Rohit,
You may raise a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) to know about the refund status.

Sorry, did you apply under CEC?

I am also curious about the same question of -Did you apply under CEC ?. As per my knowledge the permanent is not needed for FSW.

It is if you want 600 points for a job offer. In addition to having an LMIA the job offer also needs to be permanent.

just out of curiosity, is it mandatory for you to have a permananet job for getting PR? I got my work permit recently and finding it a bit hard to find a permanent job ???
