Hi,
I am posting this for one of my friend. His PR rejected saying
I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because I note that you indicate Infrastructure Specialist from Employment History, but do not have any documentation to confirm employment with employer. I note, that all lines of business in GCMS indicates “obsolete”, and that you do not have one letter of employment to indicate employment for at least one year within the 36 month qualifying period prior to date of application or to confirm employment for at least one year in a qualifying NOC 36 months prior to date of application.
He has uploaded the letter of employment but how come GCMS showing obsolete.
What are the options applicant have at this point of time.
Has this been case with any other applicants. Can some one throw light on this scenario.
