Regarding the 4 identical photos of the PR applicant that need to be included in the package, how should they be placed? I don't want to ruin one by placing a paperclip on them, but I don't want to leave them loose in there either. Anyone?

I put them in an envelope and labeled it '4 photos' or something similar. I attached this envelope to my medical sheet with a paperclip (as per the order in the document checklist).

Were you successful? Any problems? I had thought that they specifically didn't want the photos in a little envelope, but I could be totally wrong.

I am still waiting on SA. For my country (UK) there are no guidelines in the appendix for photos in relation to how you send them.

When i sent in the package I just put the pictures in the small envelope the photo studio had the passport picture in and just used paper clip to fasten it to the application. It shouldn't be a problem.

Interesting, I didn't put my documents in order of the document check list. Then again, I don't bother reading everything word for word, so if that was in the instructions, I skipped/skimmed it. Now I wonder if this is going to make a file go missing.

When they say they want the photos loose, I think they are referring to the photos you include as proof of your relationship. I put the 4 immigration pics in a small envelope like the people above and I just labeled it 4 immigration photos. Good luck!
