Hi - I had a professional photo taken and took an image of the front and back side - Have now had the application rejected both times, even though second time was a high quality image. How do people submit their images online if you don't have a digital copy from the photographer?
Is there an option to do an online application and resubmit a hard copy of the photos - does anyone know? I don't know what to do as time is running out on my PR card and I have overseas travel booked - I may be able to leave, but will have to extend my time away to apply for a PRTD - and send my passport off somewhere while I'm on vacation - seems risky but what to do.
Can I just send a hard copy with a note in the envelope to the Nova Scotia office? Honestly this is causing so much anxiety.
Have tried calling the generic help line, but it won't recognize my application number - maybe now because it was rejected and needs to be resubmitted? So how do I actually talk to a person? Who do I call? I submitted a webform but no reply. It seems impossible to know how to get help
I see other people get asked just to resubmit photos, but the email was simply a reject and reapply - start at the beginning. Pulling my hair out.
