Ohki I didn’t know about this thing as well. You mean if if I come in 2023 and need to live 2 yrs to satisfy the criteria and can apply for renewal in 2025 however I can’t go outside of canada till then right.. do you have any source for this information by any chance ?

If you wait until 2023 to return, you will be significantly short of RO. That further complicates things as you won’t be able to sponsor your child until you are compliant and you risk having your PR revoked at entry or if you try to renew before you are compliant.

Any recommendation that can we apply TRV/TRP so that we can travel together and will sponsor later. Also, Is VFS Canada is accepting for these kinds of applications? Can I submit online application? If yes, What about the biometrics. Need urgent suggestion please so that I'll go ahead ASAP.

TRV applications are being accepted however processing times are currently very long (250 days). I would recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible.

Are you compliant with your RO? Will you remain compliant if the process is lengthy? trv/TRp are not guaranteed.

Without being compliant with your RO you won’t be able to sponsor.
