PR is process and Current Employer asked me to apply for Canada Work Permit

Hi All,

I am in process of Canadian PR and I have just received the AOR from NS.

Meanwhile my current employer had asked me to apply for Canada Work permit as they want me to go there for 6 months project.

Are there any impact on any one of both as I am already in process of PR and going to apply for Work permit.

or

are the plus points and chances to get PR sooner.

Please let me know your views and suggestions.

Hi Laxmikanth,

I applied fopr both Temp at local office and PR (NS) at same time.
Just completed medicals for the Temp and await NS response, due next month.
I do not beleive that the Temp will effect my PR
but hopefully it will speed up PR as medicals are done and police check with in PR dates.
Some one more senior may be able to advise.
