Hi would u please me help with an emergency issue?
I got my invitation to PR however one of the documents that they asked me to prepare is my daughter's medical documents.
I got divorced many years ago and my ex-wife has custody of the daughter and I can't find them anymore and they don't want to come to Canada. Literally I don't have any kind of access to them. What can I do now?

The medical documents they want you to submit are not historical. IRCC is asking your daughter to undergo an immigration medical, compulsory for all family members, accompanying or not.

Yes, but in this case the problem of OP not having custody of/access to the child remains. However, they should be aware if the spouse and child are not examined now, they cannot be sponsored later.

I misunderstood that what you couldn't access were documents, not your daughter herself. If you don't know where she is you could submit your divorce papers (if your wife has complete legal custody of your daughter your problem would be solved) and an explanation that you don't know where she is. As primaprime pointed out, you would never be able to sponsor her in the future - in case you reconcile later in life . . .

I have attached my divorce documents, which clearly mentioned that her mother has the absolute custody of her. However, I've been asking to submit my daughter's documents, too. Would you kindly tell me what should I do to avoid the documents of my daughter? THanks

Best bet is to add an LOE saying your daughter is non-accompanying, i'm not sure if you can list her as non-accompanying on your AOR, but try to do that.
