Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi,
My situation is complicated,

My wife and I immigrated to Canada in october 2010. We are Turkish family.
Our twins were born in Canada, have canadian Passports, they haven't been registered for Turkish nationality.
We will be applying to citizenship october 2013, still PR.

I won the green card 2014.
Have any idea about my twins situation, because canadians are not eligible for the lottery.
If we want to get immigrant visa, what is going to be. They will also get visa, or not?

Please help.
Thank you.

This is not the right site for this question - you are asking a US immigration question on a Canadian immigration website.

My advice: get their Turkish passports. Under Turkish law they are Turkish Citizens (by birth to Turkish parents) and thus would qualify for Turkish passports. Presumably you included them in your DV application in the US, right?

Otherwise, you'd have to wait until you are a US PR to sponsor them in the F2 category. I think you'd want to avoid that.
