If you are currently banned from entering Canada, then you are banned from entering Canada. IMO you're very unlikely to have a study visa approved. If you do go ahead and apply, of course you have to disclose that you are banned due to misrepresentation. Otherwise...you're misrepresenting facts yet again and would likely be banned for life.

Ban is already completed. Now, my question is should i include that experience or no. The employer i specified is not more existing.

Nothing to do with whether employer exists or not you received a ban so must declare that ban / rejection on any future applications.

My question is should i include that experience again.
1. If i include that experience, again they may question me that i am keeping fake experience and they can permanently ban me
2. If i exclude that experience, accepting my mistake. Does it cause any issue in future.

What exactly was the misinterpretation about?
That you did not work at that employer or just some parts of it (that you were a different NOC, that you were a volunteer)?
If it is the first case, you should not mention it (if you never worked there). If it is the second case, you shall mention it with this time correct information.
That the employer does not exist now is irrelevant.

And of course you have to disclose your applications history.
There are 2 problems there:
1. Because of that misinterpretation, await an extra scrutiny in your application.
2. Because you have tried to become PR, it will be much harder for you to prove, that you do want to return to your country.

I did not work there but my agent helped me to get experience and was caught. Good, i was caught else through out my life i have to be in this fear and shame.

Now, my question is can i remove that experience and accept my fault. Or i am removing now, will i have more issues. Definitely i want to settle down in CANADA.

Then it is simple. If you did not work there, remove that completely from your work history and personal history. And be assured that they will double check everything in your personal history.
Of course you also need to mention that incident in your LOE letter.
So put there what is truth this time.
You cannot change the stupidity you did, so do not repeat it. Good luck.

Whatever miss/false information in your previous application must be removed. You have already been caught and punished. You have to be COMPLETELY HONEST from here on; provide only true information.
