Will IRCC send PR Card outside Canada for approved applications?

nope PR Card can only be mailed inside Canada that is why you get PRTD before entering and once you enter, the PR Card will be mailed to your home address.

Anyone has idea of timeline for further update of my application with following timeline?

• You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
• We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details.
• You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
• We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Background check: Not applicable.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

The above is the current status as on 16.03.2025.

they will send you two emails in which they will ask you to do medical and biometrics, you don't need to do medical again if you have done it less than one year ago. Once this is done you will need to wait for them to update all 4 parameters to completed in the tracker then you will get your P1 then P2 then ECOPR.

Finally received my eCOPR. Posting a little late but here's my timeline:

CEC EE Inland

ITA: July 17th, 2024
AOR: September 15th, 2024
BIL/MEI: October 31st, 2024
Biometrics completed: November 6th, 2024
Medical Exam passed: November 12th, 2024
Additional Documents Requested: November 29th, 2024
Additional Documents Submitted: December 4th, 2024
Final Decision: December 10th, 2024
P1: December 10th, 2024 (Replied that I was travelling outside Canada)
P1: December 18th, 2024 (Replied after I was back in Canada)
P2: December 19th, 2024
Submitted my new passport info using webform: February 7th, 2025 (Had renewed my passport while waiting for eCOPR)
eCoPR: March 11th 2025 (Issued at Montreal)

I believe my call to IRCC on March 7th helped..

they will send you two emails in which they will ask you to do medical and biometrics, you don't need to do medical again if you have done it less than one year ago. Once this is done you will need to wait for them to update all 4 parameters to completed in the tracker then you will get your P1 then P2 then ECOPR.

They already mentioned no medical and biometric required. will this have impact on my application approval time?

it's the same for everyone. they write no medical and bio needed but then they send you two emails and ask you to get it both done in one month meanwhile they change the status in tracker to in progress and once they receive your bio and medical and if everything is good they will update it to completed. Bio and medical are always required before entering Canada on any sort of Visa except Tourist Visa I guess, you won't need to do your medical again if you have done it less than a year ago but bio will always be required even if you have done them 2 days ago, they will always require fresh fingerprints to make sure you don't have any criminal background.

IRCC aims to close CEC and PNP EE applications in 6 months from the AOR date and for others it can take a bit longer.
