Happy to share that I just received the eCOPR
Here's my timeline (BC PNP- EE)
AOR : Sep 9th
P1 Dec 9th
P2 Dec 11th
eCOPR : March 13 (7AM PST)
Question : Do we need to do something for PR card ?
My email also said :"An IRCC case worker will send you a message with further information; the message will come from an email address ending in @cic.gc.ca. To avoid missing our emails, check your junk or spam folder"

Anybody knows the maximum timeline on waiting for PR card? Website says 21 days. I've been waiting for 32 days now. I linked it to my GCkey and until today no updates.
I can't find the thread for it, maybe someone knows how long should I wait for it.

Nothing. I am just waiting.
Last week the wait time was 21 days. Today I checked it out it was just 12 days.
So I filed a webform and hopefully they check upon my application for PR card.
Timeline
Feb 12 - Ecopr
Feb 19 - linked to GC KEY
I called IRCC regarding PR card last week. According to operator, they are currently doing december ecopr cards. But mine was Feb 10 ecopr and they asked photo resubmission on feb13. Not sure what’s going on
Its completely random at this time. Atleast p2 has a benchmark of 90days.
PR card are just crazy some received it within a week of eCOPR some longer. Anyways, If I received a reply from my webform, I will let you know. We have almost the same date. Feb 10-12.

If you've already uploaded your photo and mailing address to the PR site, I don't think there's anything more to do.
I know a lot of folks have linked their PR cards to their GC Keys. But when I checked with my consultant, they said that linking is not needed as it's done automatically in the backend - I'm unsure about this, so I'll be looking into it.
The website says 12 days, so I'd suggest calling IRCC.
Edit: Oops... I did not see you comment below. Anyway, I hope you hear from IRCC, and get your PR card delivered soon.
Guys, I got that golden email today. Received my ECOPR today from Montreal. Thank you everyone.
Congratulations! IRCC is really clearing out the backlogs - nice to see that.
My PR application was submitted by a lawyer, all CIC accounts were created by a lawyer, after I got ecopr the lawyer said the contract is over and no longer in contact. I got ecopr on March 7th and I just want to check if my PR card is updated but I don't have an account to log in, I have an emergency and have booked a ticket on April 7th to return to my country, now I am very worried whether I will get my PR card before I leave Canada
