Not sure but It may take few days to weeks. My brother received his PR card as well but still the portal status shows "in Review with IRCC". If you have the eCOPR downloaded, then nothing to worry as of now. Just be sure you have the right address mention in the portal for receiving the PR cardMy immigration consultant received my eCoPR on March 6th, but as of today (March 10th), there is still no update on my portal. And I didn’t received any email on my personal Gmail account
My Portal 1 was on December 4th, and
Portal 2 was on December 10th.
Has anyone else experienced this delay? How long did it take for your portal to update after receiving the eCoPR?
I managed to finally reach out IRCC, wasted several hours of my life in the attempts to reach someone, and at the end all the agent could do is say "please wait".I tried calling around that time on Friday, didn't help. Oh well, guess I'll just continue to try my luck then.

Wow! Congratulations !Finally received my most awaited email of eCOPR today! Thanks to all the forum members for their support throughout this journey.
My eCOPR was issued on 7th March 2025 but I received the email today, 10th March 2025.
I believe there is some correlation between the PR stream, ITA date, AOR date, P2 date, number of dependents, and of course, a bit of luck when it comes to issuing eCOPR
. Here’s my full timeline:
PR Stream: EE PNP CEC - Inland (with dependents)
Timeline:
ITA: 13th Aug 2024 (209 days ago)
AOR: 22nd Aug 2024 (200 days ago)
Decision Made: 21st Nov 2024 (109 days ago)
P1: 21st Nov 2024 (but I was traveling, so informed IRCC) (109 days ago)
P2: 31st Dec 2024 (69 days ago)
eCOPR Issued: 7th March 2025 (3 days ago)
eCOPR Received: 10th March 2025 (Today! )
Wishing everyone still waiting the best of luck! Hope this helps others in similar situations.

IRCC call centres are not worthwhile. They do not have the authority to escalate anything and can only offer updates on your applications, find out your VOs, etc.I managed to finally reach out IRCC, wasted several hours of my life in the attempts to reach someone, and at the end all the agent could do is say "please wait".
I asked him to drop an email to the visa office - he didn't do anything, said that there's nothing they can do and all I can do is just wait.
Fuck this shit
