you will get it soon man, seems like they are working on the first week of Nov P2's so you should receive it today or next week hopefully also try talking to your local MP and hopefully they can talk to IRCC on your behalf.
Talk to IRCC and explain it's been more than 90 days if they don't help talk to your local MP and his/her team will talk to IRCC.
Haven't received it recently but hope my timeline gives you some idea, got AOR on May 26, got request for biometrics and medical early July, IRCC received them at the end of July and received Portal 1 on Aug 30 which was a month after IRCC receiving both bio and med and the rest of the timeline is in my signature.
