Is it not in the P1 email? I am still waiting for mine, so I don't know that. The COPR indicates that your application is fully processed, and you can now transition to PR status. Once you have your COPR, your job is no longer tied to your immigration status, and it would be safe to resign. If there is nothing in your P1 email, I would suggest calling them asking if you have already a COPR.
This is not true IMO - "The COPR indicates that your application is fully processed, and you can now transition to PR status"

1. The application is fully processed only when you receive CoPR, the GcKey status is marked as Approved and possibly all the stages on tracker are marked as complete.
2. No you dont transition to PR status just because some tracker shows the CoPR number, it is only when you receive CoPR.

I have called them 5-6 times about P2 all they are saying to wait since there is no time frame . I was just wondering if they have given you any useful information besides asking for waiting.

AFAIK IRCC phone agents do not have access to your virtual landing file so there is very little they can do or tell you

Get ECOPR after 7 months. It seems the processing time for non-EE is shorter this year, almost the same as EE.

Submission: Jan 11
AOR: Apr 9
Biometric letter: Apr 9
Biometrics was provided and updated a weak letter. Nothing has happened since then.

ADR: June 28
Medical Pass: July 5
P1: July 10
PAL: July 10
Final Decision: The text was changed to sth like "We will let you know when the decision is made" on July 10

Tried the KAI method on July 17, but nothing happened.
P2: Aug 2
ECOPR: Aug 12
Eligibility: Aug 12
Final Decision: Updated again on Aug 12. Now it states the final decision was actually made on July 10. O_O
Background: Updated on Aug 12. But it was completed on July 10.

congratulations!.. much better to link it to gckey. even follow ups do not have much success but tells you just to "WAIT".
Linked. What will they put on the GCkey about the PR card process? Will they say "PR card has been mailed" or just give a ghost update and we need to guess it might mean they have done it?
