It means a final decision was made. Ignore the text about in progress. You should wait for portal email/PPR now or call IRCC and they will say if it was approved

By any means can MP office help in speeding up the process of eCOPR? Uploaded the photo and address on 4th September. It’s been more than a month now. Wrote two emails, one webform and 3 calls, no luck. They said application is approved but not sure how long it will take them to issue eCOPR.
