Wonder if you can sue IRCC with a Mandamus application at this stage. Usually it's for compelling them to make a final decision, but in this case, a final decision has already been made, PR just hasn't been finalized.

it's been 26 months and still pending since I've applied. It is so frustrating. So many other life decisions depend on our immigration files. it is so unacceptable. all the applicants are so helpless and anxious. there's literally nothing we can do?!

I certainly understand your frustration. I got P1 after 40 months. It was a long, frustrating and discouraging wait.

The last Step: I received PR Card today.
Portal 1: July 31 from Montreal.
Portal 2: Sep 1st
eCOPR: Sep 1st
Final decision shown in PR card application ( I linked to GC key account): Sep 1st
PR Card application approved and PR card mailed: Sep 9th

Card received: Sep 14
Congratulations
U received portal 2 and ecorp
On same date ???

I wonder what their system is in sending ecoprs. Do they send first those whose ecoprs are about to expire first? Or is there a specific stream they prioritize? Because some people get it faster even if their portal emails were just sent out. Hoping they would say something in their website so at least we would know what to expect.
