Yes this is right
Yes! I had the same question, as I thought I may have done something wrong. But it’s not us, it’s IRCC

That’s terrible!! If with 7 months (8 now) I feel forgotten already I cannot even imagine what you’re feeling :(

Have you tried your MP?
Just when I emailed my MP, I got the Portal 2 email and so I didn't push it further. And every time I've called IRCC, all they are able to answer is "The Stream you have applied for has no established timeline and I cannot help you with anything. All you can do is wait."
Processing a PR file for 26 months when PGWP is only issued for 3 years is so .... I don't even know what to call it lol.

If there’s no movement, I believe that it is worth a try.
They tell us that because it’s not them that are missing job opportunities because they cannot issue a piece of paper so we can go on with our lives. There’s a lot depending on this document for lots of us…

Frustrating !! I know one person waiting since Aug 31 and one since Sep 8 - All Montreal
Some Sep 10th folks got it on Sep 21/25

All one can do is wait
I have been waiting since August 31. This is the final step....I really don't know what is causing the delay. I wonder could this be rated to the target of ee is already met for this year. But there are still draws and invitations happening.

This is just how the landing team works. Nothing to do with draws though
